Just delete the emoji text from the words table and re-visualize. If it doesn't work please save your word artwork and advise its name so I could check what is wrong there. |

When you click on an image in the gallery you should be redirected to that word artwork page where the customize button is located. If it only zooms when you click could you please try to click again on the zoomed image? |

I've just checked and the buttons are still there. Could you please send a screenshot of what you see to the support email? May be you are looking at a word artwork that is public but not in the gallery? You can't like or customize public word artworks that are not in the gallery. |

You can click on the customize button to duplicate a word art from the gallery for editing. |

It is because the deprecated EPS format has been replaced with PDF. Please use it instead. |
