I've just checked and the buttons are still there. Could you please send a screenshot of what you see to the support email? May be you are looking at a word artwork that is public but not in the gallery? You can't like or customize public word artworks that are not in the gallery. |

You can click on the customize button to duplicate a word art from the gallery for editing. |

There is a small margin that is automatically added when you download your word art image. If the margin is not enough then you can add it manually in any image editor. |

I don't think 32MP JPEG is suitable to be printed on 2x3ft poster. I recommend you to use SVG instead. You don't need to follow the FAQ instructions if you want just to print a 4"x6". You need to follow the instructions only if you want your word artwork to be in a rectangular shape with proper dimensions to fit into 4"x6" poster without margins. You can use any other shape and then print your word artwork on 4"x6" but you will have blank margins around it. |

There is no direct way to set the minimum font size. But since the words are placed from biggest to smallest you can reduce the words amount placed in the layout section by removing the small words. |
