PNG or JPEG will do fine

Just select to the red santa hat image in Shapes section and visualize your cloud.

Sorry but the problem is not clear to me.

The flow is the following:

1) You visualize your cloud and make something beatiful you want to save.
2) You save it to Tagul site by clicking on big save button at bottom right corner
3) You go to "Grab and Share" section and export your image in desired format.

At what step "it doesn't show"?

Don't try youtube as there are a lot of outdated tutorials that are obsolete now.

It should be straighforward to use:
1) Create a cloud
2) Add your words to Words table
3) Visualize your cloud (big button at top right corner)
4) Play with settings without any fear. You can't break anything.
5) After you make a change a want to see what effect it will have click Visualize button.

Don't put "U+2744" into words section as it won't work.
- Just go to the blog post
- Find suitable snowflake
- Copy it to clipboard
- Paste it to Words section
- Choose "Chrysanthi Regular" font
- Visualize your cloud

Not directly.
Choose heart shape with white words on transparent background.
Then export your cloud as PNG or EPS and add grey heart under words in any image editing software like Photoshop or Paint.net

Dear everyone,

PayPal suddenly limited my account until additional verification is done. I've sent all the required info to PayPal and waiting for PayPal to remove the limitation.

It shouldn't take much time. I expect PayPal account to be back till Monday.

In the meantime if you urgently need to upgrade to Premium to export your cloud in HiRes PNG or EPS format then send the following info to support email:

- username or email
- cloud names to be exported
- which format (PNG 4MP, PNG 16MP, EPS or SVG)

I'll send the files back.

Once PayPal account is back you will upgrade or renew Premium subscription.
