Problems with Visualize

I recently purchased the one month unlimited download package. To my surprise I'm having trouble with the visualize option. It clicks to 'preparing' but then freezes there. Not sure how I can complete a project if I can't preview the work. Did anyone else have this problem??? In need of help…

| It may be a browser issue. Could you please try to visualize in another browser like Chrome or Firefox? | |
