My cloud just says loading but doesn't go any further

Haven't been able to use for over 10hrs now, is frustrating when paying $29 Aus.

Mine isn't working either and hasn't been working all day. Any fixes yet?smile

Hey We have been in the same boat - nothing working since yesterday afternoon - that's over 12 hours ago!! Now, we understand that things can go wrong, but no communication whatsoever as in what is going on in that time - just poor!! Especially when paid $299 for something we can't use without explanation and waited patiently up until now. Now - excuse our frustration- but just had to cancel a few huge orders which had to be posted this morning - not only costing us money for your price plan, but now lost earnings as well!!! Could you please update ASAP THANKS
