Internal socket error!!!!!!!

Hi, is there a premium service?

Does anyone know how long this usually goes down for?

I think it lasts until Alex notices and resets the server or something. On average I'd say downtime is usually a day or so (using my gut feeling here as the only metric).

I also had the problem in the last hours. I could not create any cloud. A fix would be great, thanks!

No worries. Whatever whoever, Alex I guess, needs to do what, I'm sure it will get done. I'm just glad he's doing this. I've been presenting these clouds at work and it's going over big time. Thanks Alex. I guess.

Getting the "Server internal socket error" for the last 4 hours or so. Based on this threat, it seems as though something must be reset before the error is rectified? I dont think its on my end, but let me know if it is....

Great website, I use it all the time. Hopefully this will be rectified by tomorrow as I was hoping to get some "word cloud" gifts completed today.... Thanks!!
