Color designation not working?

I am using the color="000000" in my API. It uploads correctly and shows correctly on the tags tab. However, the colors shown on the preview are random, not the ones I designated. Help! |

What color do you see on the Tags tab in the corresponding field? Could you please paste a sample xml that don't work that I can look into that. |
