What constitutes changes so the file is a new file?

Hello on another thread it was stated by Alex:

If you change your word art a little and then download it, legally you will have another image and another license with up to 100 physical reproductions.

My question is what constitutes enough changes to the word art so it counts as a new item? Is having the word art revisualized count as a new file? Does changing the colors count?

If you can distinguish 2 images by looking at them, they are considered to be 2 separate images. Therefore revisualization and color changing counts as new image.

Thanks for the information! If I download an image, and recolor it myself instead of using the site, does that count as a new image?

It counts as 1 image because you got the commercial license for that image, that allows you to create derivative works. But you can't sell all the derivative works including the word art image you downloaded more than 100 times.
