Using different fonts

Right, i change the fonts of the words but it is only changing one of the words into that font in the cloud and not every time the chosen word appears.

That's how it works. Custom options (font, color, angle) are applied only to that particular word but not to all its duplicates. If you want all duplicates to have the same options please create words table in Excel, specify options for words and use copy&paste to duplicate it as many times as you want. Then you can import it into Tagul as it is described in this FAQ question.
