Hi: I have uploaded a shape (rectangle) that is 3.5 in x 9.125 in. If I download my design after I am done designing it, will the dimensions be retained in the downloaded document? If not, what is the default or maximum size of the shapes that are downloaded? |

| Hi! You cannot upload a shape (rectangle) image that is 3.5 x 9.125in because you upload a digital image and it is measured in pixels, not inches. It is also true for images you download. In other words you will download a digital image with some resolution in pixels that can be printed on a paper measured in inches. You can customize your image resolution using the "Custom" option from the download menu. | |
