offline rollover

This is a really dumb question.... how do I get a dynamic cloud e.g. with rollover when I am offline i.e. not uploading it to webpage?

Word clouds with animation could be only a part of a web page therefore you can't get animated cloud without uploading it to webpage.

In "Grab and Share" section you may get url of your cloud uploaded in Tagul web page if you want to share it with some one.
