lost my work and what is HQ that i purchased?

| I printed my word art and the words were fuzzy so I purchased a HQ and now have no idea how to find it or use it or what it is. Also, i pushed the save button on my word art and it said it saved but it went back to the beginning and i can't find my work. help!!! | |

| To obtain your word art image in HQ format go to the "Download and Share" section and click on 32MP PNG button. | |
