How do I change size of cloud?

I'm trying to change the scale in Grab & Share but no matter what I put in it doesn't change the size when I print it. What am I doing wrong?

I want it to print on a shipping tag size.

Scale in Grab & Share relates only to saving your cloud in PNG format.
I suggest you saving your cloud first in PNG format, open it as any kind of picture and then print it.

Hi Alex, Cant you save the cloud in any other format but png?
