download issues

Juliejensen422 Member	I had 5 of 10 downloads left from a previous 10 pack purchase - no expiration. I clicked download and a pop-up said you have 5 downloads left..see purchase page. When I went back to try again, it said I had 4 left. Problem #1 - I can not find it anywhere on my computer. Trying to solve my problem quickly I purchased unlimited for a month. Problem #2 - I downloaded another image. once again, I Have no idea where the file is being downloaded. I know exactly what folder my downloads are set to go. they are not there. Help!
