Custom Shape

I just added a shape and some words. When I try to generate the word cloud it doesnt show any words in the image - just squares in the shape as an error. Has anyone seen this before? Thanks Jaimie |

| Hi Jaimie, most likely it is because the font is selected in the fonts section that is not capable to render the words you inputted. Please choose another font on white / light blue background that can render your words and re-visualize. | |
