Clickable tagul cloud in ppt

Is it possible to embed a word cloud on a ppt slide so that when hovering over a term it is highlighted and a click would hyperlink to another slide in same deck.

Operating basically as a menu slide for people to choose a topic to discuss.

I can think of a laboriou workaround but can it be done simply/professionally?

Just for this cause you can use wordle. It is a simple tool which
exactly solve your problem, and it work great (tried it, not trying to promote anything, believe me)
