Border at top getting cut off

| When I import my own image to use, I specifically need it to keep the little bit of space at the top and bottom of the shape because it is not quite square and I need it to fit in a square frame. Instead, it cuts it shorter which means when I frame it it has white lines instead of the coloured background at the bottom and the top. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks! | |

| Hi, please use the custom download option from the download menu at the top and make the resolution width and height equal to obtain a perfect square image. | |
