Words loading in black only

I've created this cloud on two different computers now and both have the same error. I've loaded three complementary hex colors for the words, but when I create the cloud, all the words show up in black only. I work on a Macbook Pro. I've tried this on the new one with OS 10.9 Mavericks and the older one with OS 10.6.8. Any ideas why this might be happening and how I can fix it? I used web safe colors.

Let's most likely because you have "Use shape colors" selected in Colors and Animations section. Unselect that option and visualize your cloud again. That should work.
