I know it must not be easy to combine this with other responsibilities, but you really have created a great tool. You should consider adding some premium subscription or something to get some compensation for your work. Even just a donate button would help :)

Midela, thank you for your suggestion. I will do something to monetize Tagul eventually when I have more time. Hope the issue with socket error is fixed forever because I agree that it is very frustrating to use something that is very unstable.

I tried both PC and Mac... getting the Server Internal Socket Error too. Need them for printing gifts on last day of school Monday. This is my favorite word cloud website!

I get it too on "Visualize".

I've started getting the error also. Cannot complete the Visualise process. Seems to happen no matter what the settings are.
