Import a shape - says it's empty

| I have been trying to import an image. It's just a big rectangle, in PNG format. I made it in Google Drawings. When I set it to "negative" I can see the rectangle. But if it's not negative, then it doesn't show up. And when I try to use it (either way) I get an error message that says "Error Visualizing - Shape is empty". Need help! | |

| Is the rectangle white? Could you please send the rectangle image to the support email so I could check what is wrong there? | |
