Downloaded (paid for) Image got cut-off

Has anyone else had this problem? I made a custom shape of my last name and when I went to download it, it was cut-off. I've contacted WordArt twice now with no response….

It may happen under some circumstances. Please save your word art and try to download it again in another browser. You won't be charged for downloading the same image again. Alternatively you can contact the support and ask to send the image via email. |

Alex, Thank you forgetting back to me so quickly. Your response was very helpful. I was able to save the whole image using Firefox. But now I'm having another problem! I uploaded the wordart to a photo center to be printed, but it's saying that even a 4x6 is low resolution. Is this because my word art is very rectangular in shape? I know there are directions to change the aspect of the image in FAQs, but I'm guessing this can't be done for a custom shape? Thanks again for your help! Adrienne |

| What image format did you download? I recommend you to download 32MP PNG format that is enough to be printed on 20x20 inches, not mentioning 4x6 | |

| Same issue here. Tried different browsers and best I get in the 32MP PNG is the right edge of my logo cut off. I need the high resolution….and the whole logo I make. I sent an email on the issue as well. | |
