Can't get image to open in Cricut Design Space

Super disappointed! Have recreated the design and purchased twice as an SVG and am getting error codes from cricut that the SVG is unsupported.

Situation resolved, seems that overly complex images won't work with DS, I had used a large silhouette as a background. Still pleased with the product, going to try working it in INKSCAPE. Will update if simpler images work directly to DS. Customer service was very quick to reply and tried very hard to make it work for me! A+ For that.

Can anyone confirm if SVG's are working correctly when uploaded to Design Space? I don't want to make purchases if the files are not going to upload correctly. Thank You in Advance. |

| Unfortunately there is no way it can be fixed from Tagul side. Tagul produces valid SVG files according to the standards. I suggest you to contact the Cricut Design Space support and ask them to fix the issue. | |

| Jen.Dubreuil, please contact support for a refund. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do from Tagul side to make it work with Cricut Design Space. I suggest you to contact them asking why it doesn't work with valid SVG files. | |
