Already have unlimited Licence. Why is it asking me to purchase again a Pro Licence

We purchased and paid for a Unlimited Licence in May 2015 on a 12 month contract, which allows commercial use and downloading in High Resolution, today 27 December when I try to download the image in High Resolution, it says I have to purchase a Pro Licence or I can only download in 1mb. |
