You find an image online (I searched google for an image I wanted) I personally think clipart looks better, but youu can find any image. Once you find the image, right click on it and click on "copy image address" or something similar. Then go to shapes tab on you Edit Word Art screen. At the top left corner of the tab, there is a button that says "Add Image" click on that. THen right click on the text bar and paste the image address. Then click load. This should bring up you picture and you can customize it from then forward. If the picture doesn't load, this probably means that the picture isn't a jpeg or png. If that happens, you have to find another image that is a png, or jpeg. This is why I like to use clipart because most cliparts are png.
