Thanks for your quick reply, I have completely removed the embed code from the site but the N/A still appears! Looks like its adobe flash cache issue. I've tried clearing it but it doesn't do anything. Thanks for your help. |

I have had a word cloud embedded on a website for several months working fine. It suddenly stopped displaying, showing N/A instead. I noticed you have changed from flash to javascript so I changed the embed code, now it works on some versions of IE and firefox, but not chrome. Is this a know bug? Is there any reason why the flash version of the embed code stoppped working? |
