Hi Alex would there be a way for us to save our own shapes as its a hassle to keep going into my pictures to get the shapes, i have that many shapes and different colours that I use there would just be too many clouds for me to go through ?

Alex when I go into edit mode on any of my clouds there is no image ?

Hi Alex, I use this site alot and am always worried that one day I am going to log on and all my clouds have gone or the site is no longer there, is there any chance in the future that the software will become available to buy on disc for a premium , that way I know I would always have it?

I am really confused now, I dont understand any of that lol, i just want my cloud to look exactly the same as it did before, is it going to be too complicated to get it back to how it was ?

My problem hasnt been fixed Alex, if you click on my horse cloud and see how dark it is on the original and then just change the 1st name at the top of list and then visualize it is completely different to the original, there are also loads more duplicated words in it than there was originally, and its the same as this on all my clouds now

Something has changed in the word clouds, when I go into any of my saved clouds now the original is still the same as before but when I put in new words and visualiz, the clouds come out a lot different with loads more words duplicated than before and not as bold and when I define the amount of words back to say 500 it looks completely different to how it did before , not as bold, help?

Hi I am wanting to add the ♥ symbol to some of my work but when i put it into the words it doesnt come up, any ideas?
