There seems to be a problem I think with the shapes and images part of the word clouds. I have tried different browsers and cannot create a new word cloud and many of my saved clouds wont load either. Could you look into this asap as I really need to complete my orders

| Alex I'm thinking there may be an issue as I cant create a new word cloud, it comes up with an error message saying "Error Loading Image!" Also whilst it will load some of my word clouds Ive saved others it gives me the same message? | |

I am also a small business & agree with all of the above. The increase is ridiculous especially when word art doesn't sell for much so profit margins are tight any way.I will also be looking for a new program to use which is such a shame as I love tagul but it is just not feasible for me now to use this.

The last few days i have had a few issues with Tagul, I am now unable to edit most my words and move them, If I add a new word half the time its not appearing in the cloud. Is there an issue? Is anyone else experiencing this? I am a Premium Member |
