agreed but I would request that you still implement some form of protection for people are paying for this service. Granted other people could sell cheaper productions but the lack of protection means that products can be reproduced easily and I presume you have no method of monitoring how many times this is occurring. |

Thank you for you reply Alex. Yes, we have already tried contacting support via multiple channels with no response. Really confused by this to be honest, you have a 100 downloads for $99.99 but then limiting the UNLIMITED offer ($299.99) to a limit of 100 creations. We produce 1000's prints a year (mainly single productions) can you please advise if you have an option that would be suitable for us? Thank you. |

Hi, I have sent loads of messages about this but not had a reply. In your terms and conditions, it states 'Licensee may produce no more than 100 physical reproductions (such as books, magazines, advertising posters, packaging, mugs, t-shirts, postcards, etc.) of the Licensed Material' So does apply to your unlimited plan or just your image packs? Can you please clarify before I make the purchase? |
