Hi Alex,

I have tried everything you suggest and some other things to get my artwork transparent. But every time I download an .eps and upload it into photoshop, the surrounding bg is white. I really need it to be transparent so that it can be put against colored tshirts. Also I have used up several credits downloading this trying to get it deliver a transparent background. To no avail.
Please help. Thanks.
