Thanks for the reply but I figured it out. For anyone else with a similar issue you can use the iframe wrapper gadget.

I have embedded (dynamically) my tag cloud into a google site (using iframe) but the background is showing up white instead of transparent. I made sure to select transparent for background color under 'colors and animations' menu. I have also tried adding transparent background tag in the html, with no luck. I also have tried switching to another color but the cloud background still showed up white. Is it because I used iframe? Am I doing something else wrong? Please help! I am so close to embedding a really awesome cloud into my site.

Make an html file:

Save it in a public Google Drive folder, get its URL and insert it into your site using an iframe gadget.

I've done some research and posted the instructions on how to embed to google sites below:

I have tried embedding my tag cloud (https://tagul.com/show/nphvuhfhsfgm/IPO) into google sites a variety of ways:

* Flash gadget [gigya src="http://cdn.tagul.com/cloud.swf" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" width="number" height="number" flashvars="id=http://cdn.tagul.com/embed/flash/ik3j5x6qxeqd"]

* Google Embed Gadget [<div style="width: 400px; height: 400px; padding-bottom: 30px;">
<script src="http://cdn.tagul.com/embed/nphvuhfhsfgm"></script>
<!-- Please don't remove attribution to Tagul.com -->
<div style="display: table; margin: 0 auto;">Created with Tagul.com</div>
</div>]

* Iframe Gadget(I don't like this method, I want to embed the word cloud, not necessarily tagul.com)

* editing/pasting the code directly into the html editor (google strips the html code out).

I'm at my wits end and not sure how to proceed. Google searches aren't giving me any answers right now either. At this point I am not sure if the embed is even possible? I'd like to get this cloud operational on my site today can anyone help me please?

Hey Alex. I have used the code you provided:

[gigya src="http://cdn.tagul.com/cloud.swf" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" width="number" height="number" flashvars="id=http://cdn.tagul.com/embed/flash/ik3j5x6qxeqd"]

I have again tried to use the code via Google Embed Gadget, Iframe Gadget, a flash gadget I found & by editing/pasting the code directly into the html editor. No luck. I know you are very busy but could you please give me further instruction on how to embed the interactive cloud into a google sites page? Is this possible?

I am having issues with the method you posted Alex. I have tried to embed using Google Gadget, Iframe Gadget, & by editing/pasting the code directly into the html. Help please? I'd rather use tagul instead of other services.
