We want to download the Chinese character(simplified) word list of the word cloud by using the function of "download - words data in csv." and can successfully download the csv.

But the question in those Chinese characters (simplified) can only show in ????, I try to decode it by using the UTF-8 and other code but it still stays the ??????.

Could you give me some suggestions on it? This really matters.
