I have saved another called overlapping words2 where it happened again

You are using Chrome 58 on Windows 10
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

If you need more examples of other word arts when it happens I can save them and advise you of their names if you want?
Thank you

The overlapping does go if you re visualise but it is still happening on new word clouds I create - not everyone but at least 1 in 5. I then have to revisualise to get rid of it.

Hi Alex,
Have you managed to look into this at all?

Many thanks

Hi there
It is doing it quite often now and its very annoying. I have saved one where it seems to have happened on 3 occasions on the word art.
I have saved and called it 'overlapping words'
Thank you

I think this would also be a really good feature.

Hi there
On certain prints, not every time, every now and again I am noticing that there are 2-4 words in one place overlapping each other.
I can fix this by re-generating but sometimes I print not noticing until it is printed.
I have checked my settings and I am using the same settings as I always do and never had this before.
I have a photo to show if needed
Thank you

Hi there

I have noticed when downloading some of my word clouds in a 32mp format the left hand side or bottom of them are being cut off - if I try and download again then it does the same. I have to download them in 16mp or standard to get the whole image.

Not only is this using up my download allowance but its frustrating. Could you take a look? I can send you an example if you need to.

Many thanks

Hi Alex. I still think the above suggested 4 plans are way too expensive for a lot of your loyal customers and will also disgruntle your customers who use your site the most. $45 for 6 months and unlimited high red which I paid last time was good value. Maybe increase this by 10-20% as suggested above? Charging for each high res file is going to cause problems in my opinion. Many thanks for listening to your customers and taking our comments into account.

I agree with moggers. Say if a customer changes their mind and wants to change something then you have to buy a whole new licence which would mean you wouldn't make any profit and would make a loss as the licences are so expensive per high res file.
