aayy333 Member	Alex, Thank you forgetting back to me so quickly. Your response was very helpful. I was able to save the whole image using Firefox. But now I'm having another problem! I uploaded the wordart to a photo center to be printed, but it's saying that even a 4x6 is low resolution. Is this because my word art is very rectangular in shape? I know there are directions to change the aspect of the image in FAQs, but I'm guessing this can't be done for a custom shape? Thanks again for your help! Adrienne

aayy333 Member	Has anyone else had this problem? I made a custom shape of my last name and when I went to download it, it was cut-off. I've contacted WordArt twice now with no response….
