I have just updated one of my clouds (changed the links). I click 'save changes', it says it has... but it hasn't. This has happened before and it eventually resolved itself, but it is unreliable and I need the latest version of my cloud to appear on my site urgently. I have also noticed frequent 'bad gateway' messages when trying to got on to tagul.com. Very frustrating.

I know it takes a lot of work to keep up with your forum but to be fair to your users, you should at least look at it from time to time as there are obviously some serious issues. There are users out there (me included) who would pay for some help or a premium service. But it's very frustrating to not get any reaction at all. Perhaps if you're no longer supporting or developing this product (which is great and I really want to be able to use it), you should make it clear on your site, so people don't waste valuable time trying to get it working.

Actually, it would be great if you could let your users know if you intend to develop this further so at least we know if it's worth coming back. It's shame - you have a great product but I might have to look elsewhere if a 'duplicate' facility is never going to be introduced. Can you at least keep us informed? I would even be prepared to pay a small fee for this!

And me! Any idea when this is likely to happen? I want to add several versions of the same design to a site and don't want to have to recreate it from scratch every time. Thanks.

Can I edit a cloud I created earlier then 'save as' with a new name? I might want to do a few in the same style but with different words and don't want to have to redo all the setup each time. Thanks.
