Another question is it counted as per download? I will create a design and send to customer who may often want it changed slightly - is that counted as 2 downloads for the one item? |

Customers will not be prepared to pay more when they can get them so cheap - many are selling digital images for a £1 or £2 are are knocking out 100's - how can we sell a professional framed print and compete with that - and no most are really not that worried about it only being a 1mb as they have no clue what they should be asking for. I have sat today and gone through a craft group on fb in the UK there are literally 100' and I can tell by looking at the image its low res and they are selling. Today I produced an image and downloaded and 1mb its not brilliant but its acceptable - and it now costs me nothing instead of what I was paying you monthly before. |

Angiel1167 I have found that the market for this is no where as high as it use to be already. There are other word art providers out there, just type in google |

The thing you are also missing Alex is my business is within the hand made craft area. Just go look on the big craft groups on fb (UK) and you will see absolutely loads of people selling word art designs from your site - using the 1mb - making lots of money. Us loyal customers who have been paying because we want to give our customer a better resolution quickly get priced out the market. Change the 1mb down to 72dpi and water mark it that way they can't get it for free - charge a small amount for 1mb downloads and it will create an income for you and also mean us loyal customers do not need to be charged through the roof for higher resolutions. |

I am so dissapointed, have been a loyal member for a long time and we have always paid but for a small business we can not afford these charges so will be leaving to go elsewhere. |
