| Hi, please navigate to your word artworks page and open a word art by clicking on its name. I've checked your account and everything works fine at my end. You can also try another browser. | |

| the screenshot is not showing my cursor. When I click on my saved images, nothing opens and when I try to click on the folder icons, there is a red circle with a line across it | |
