Problems Uploading my own image

| Been successfully using my own images for a few years now but when I try to upload on my Mac this week, a blank box is showing with no image. I am able to do everything as normal on my iPad and phone but not my Mac??? Any ideas?? | |

| I am having trouble with loading a custom image as well. I was able to load a jpg of the silhouette of Africa but no words will appear on the image when I hit visualize. The words do appear on the stock images on the web site. Any hints? | |

| Hi Jeffc63, most likely the image you uploaded only contains the outline of Africa. You need to find an image that is filled with a non-white color to make it filled with words. | |
