Before anyone gets all extra concerned about me and shit, I have absolutely amazing parents and friends who are doing their best to help me through the hell in my mind. I love them more than anything, and even though, yes, I really would like to commit suicide, I just can't do it, because I know how much it would hurt them if I did, and the last thing I would want is to put the people I love through that pain. So, don't worry, I'll get through this eventually, without bringing the knife to my throat or wrist.
I'm sorry that you are going through this pain. Are you seeing a counselor or psychologist and have you gotten a thorough medical evaluation? It seems as though you enjoy art and perhaps art therapy or journaling could be an outlet for you? Please call the suicide hotline (800-273-8255) or go to the ER if it becomes overwhelming.
I'm a bit late, but yes, I'm currently seeing a counselor, and I try to talk to my parents and/or friends whenever I'm feeling down. I also occasionally do sketches and lyrics when my anxiety/depression kicks in, and it really helps me.
